22 year old yogi, starting a journey to become more healthy and fit. Also, musings of my life in general; moving, school, life, etc... : ) I have a gypsy alter ego that may make herself present at some point in this blog. But basically I'm just trying to live life and figure things out in this crazy world.
Yogis, or anyone for that matter- I need help with stretches that would help with camel pose, bridge, etc. my upper back and arms. I’m so not flexible with my arms, I can barely lace my fingers together behind my back. I can barely do camel pose, my back and arms seem to be so stiff.
Anyway…are there any good stretches for those areas? If so, please help! : )
Omg. I so need more followers. I feel like I am talking to a wall here, no one ever responds lol. Help! I am a 22 year old yogi trying to become more and more healthy by the day but I need motivation and answers to my questions. : (
